Waltham MA. 3+ months Client is hiring a solid Oracle HR Business Systems Analyst consultant with appropriate technical skills (System Configuration, ability to write a report with drag & drop, SQL queries, etc.), Project Management skills, and the ability to interface effectively with vendors. Must also have Taleo experience as they are in the middle of a Taleo Onboarding project. Big picture, Will be supporting their Oracle R12 HR & Benefits, Fusion apps (Performance Management and Compensation), and Taleo.
