Must be High-Leve l Oracle HR Payroll technical They are looking for a very Technical hands on Consultant *Three Keys are * SQL Work Flow Fast Formulas *Minimum Requirements:* *EXPERIENCE / SKILLS* • 6 – 10 years of experience with Oracle HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service, Oracle Learn, Taleo Learn) • 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HRMS Release 12 • Required expertise in PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, Oracle Reports Fast Formula, • Preferred expertise in Oracle Discoverer, OAF, Java, ADF, Workflow, AME, Taleo Recruit & Oracle Learn (cloud) • Preferable experience configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit modules. • Experience developing Discoverer Reports using Discoverer Plus and Discoverer Administration • Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Emerson. • Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project goals Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. *Description:* * BASIC FUNCTION* This position supports and assists the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) applications for Emerson in a global, multi-Business Group environment. Setup, maintain and support Oracle HRMS R12 (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service), Taleo LEARN and Oracle Recruit. Configuring the HRMS modules per user requirements. Extending the HRMS application using OAF, ADF, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Forms. Modifications of existing code to meet requirements. Integration with disparate systems using PL/SQL, XML and System Extracts. Conversion of data from legacy systems to Oracle HRMS. Configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit modules to meet requirements. In addition, this position will support the Operations team in resolving production issues as needed. Directs the development, delivery, installation and support of new software releases, patches and enhancements to customers. Provides post-implementation technical product support to customers. *PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES* • Provides Business Analysis in conjunction with IT Project Lifecycle for all improvements, enhancements and any • Participates in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost effective • Acts as a technical consultant to the enterprise, helps identify major areas of development, leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products • Responsible for determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases. Act as a liaison between the business partners and technical teams. Enable the business to function more efficiently and meet the business requirements. Assist in maintaining the standardization and integrity of processes and data throughout the entire organization. • Act as key liaison and design architect for SAP solution. Partner with business partners to determine requirements & objectives, business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP. • Plans and directs analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated system in the manufacturing industry. • Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or modified business system requirements. • Tracking and documents changes to functional and business specifications. • Implementation and support of SAP to enhance business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. • Strong knowledge of core business processes specific to the assigned business area. • In-depth SAP ECC System Configuration, Testing and Maintenance.
