*EXPERIENCE / SKILLS*

•          6 – 10 years of experience with Oracle HRMS modules (HR,
Payroll, OAB, Self-Service, Oracle Learn, Taleo Learn)

•          2+ years’ experience with Oracle HRMS Release 12

•          Required expertise in PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, Oracle Reports Fast
Formula,

•          Preferred expertise in Oracle Discoverer, OAF, Java, ADF,
Workflow, AME, Taleo Recruit & Oracle Learn (cloud)

•          Preferable experience configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit
modules.

•          Experience developing Discoverer Reports using Discoverer Plus
and Discoverer Administration

•          Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver
quality performance under pressure

•          Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus
professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both
internal and external to Emerson.

•          Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project
goals

*Description:*

* BASIC FUNCTION*

This position supports and assists the implementation of HRIS (Human
Resource Information Systems) applications for Emerson in a global,
multi-Business Group environment.  Setup, maintain and support Oracle HRMS
R12 (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service), Taleo LEARN and Oracle Recruit.
Configuring the HRMS modules per user requirements.  Extending the HRMS
application using OAF, ADF, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Forms. Modifications
of existing code to meet requirements.  Integration with disparate systems
using PL/SQL, XML and System Extracts.  Conversion of data from legacy
systems to Oracle HRMS.  Configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit modules
to meet requirements.



In addition, this position will support the Operations team in resolving
production issues as needed. Directs the development, delivery,
installation and support of new software releases, patches and enhancements
to customers. Provides post-implementation technical product support to
customers.

*PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES*

•          Provides Business Analysis in conjunction with IT Project
Lifecycle for all improvements, enhancements and any

•          Participates in various IT projects intended to continually
improve/upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and
hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost
effective

•          Acts as a technical consultant to the enterprise, helps identify
major areas of development, leads research and prototyping of innovative
technologies and products

•          Responsible for determining product delivery and deployment
dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and
regular corrective service or service pack releases. Lead major releases
and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer request

•          Proactively assists the Technical Services Manager, in defining
direction for future projects

•          Manage the configuration of the application based on division
requirements and Emerson’s standards for Human Resources, Payroll and
Benefits modules.

•          Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of
business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM

•          Other duties as assigned.



*EDUCATION / LANGUAGE*

•          BS in Computer Science, Information Technology.

•          Fluent in English.

*Skills: *

•          Expert knowledge with SAP WMS, specifically eWM (Extended
Warehouse Management)

•          Working knowledge of SAP ABAP code, function modules, NetWeaver,
Business Objects

•          Experience with ECC 6.0 (ehp7), BPC 10.1 and HANA concepts;
Simple Finance nice to have

•          Experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus

•          Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and
translate them into system-supported solutions

•          Ability to analyze business challenges/problems and provide
clear recommendations

•          Strong organizational skills with ability to partner with
business users

•          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written
and verbal

•          Must be able to work independently as well as a team player that
can manage their own workload

•          Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time, work
under tight deadlines and remain results-oriented and an effective problem

*Responsibilities:*

•          Work with the assigned business area Process Lead(s) to provide
research and recommendations in support of SAP. Act as a liaison between
the business partners and technical teams. Enable the business to function
more efficiently and meet the business requirements. Assist in maintaining
the standardization and integrity of processes and data throughout the
entire organization.

•          Act as key liaison and design architect for SAP solution.
Partner with business partners to determine requirements & objectives,
business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP.

•          Plans and directs analysis of complex business problems to be
solved with automated system in the manufacturing industry.

•          Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or
modified business system requirements.

•          Tracking and documents changes to functional and business
specifications.

•          Implementation and support of SAP to enhance business
functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of
customer satisfaction.

•          Strong knowledge of core business processes specific to the
assigned business area.

•          In-depth SAP ECC System Configuration, Testing and Maintenance.
Experience developing function modules & WRICEF objects working with ABAP
developers (understanding of custom codes and modifications as needed)

•          Experience and knowledge of key integration points of the
various SAP Modules

•          Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP
including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and
instruction on SAP products to business community.

• Experience with technical implementations of CRM projects

• Salesforce Developer (DEV-501) certification

• Very strong APEX & Visualforce development skills, Controllers, Force.com
custom development, Custom Settings, Triggers, JavaScript, JSON and SOQL is
required

• Inbound / Outbound Web Services (SOAP and REST)

• Experience building managed applications & AppExchange development
experience is a major plus

• Deployment automation is a strong plus using Metadata API, Change Set and
ANT

• Experience working at a software product company is a major plus

• Experience integrating with Python and/or java is a plus

• Agile development experience

• Working knowledge of source control and backups

• Self starter, positive and excited to work with a team of excellent
engineers

• Very strong communication and collaboration skills
