Please fin the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Sr. BI Developer/Analyst* *Cambridge, MA* *6+ Months* Must have Cognos and Tableau and Data Modeling experience. Sap is a big plus. · Interprets client business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet business needs. · Design, develop, test and deploy visualizations, dashboards and reports. · Participates in creating strategies that use business intelligence and data platforms. · Provides direction for the planning, designing, and execution of user efforts. · Works with IS&T Data Warehouse team members to design and implement solutions in alignment with the project schedule. · Provides input to the development of information quality metrics. · Provides input to standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the BI tools and systems. · Designs and delivers end-user training and training materials. · Works with developers to make sure that all data solutions are consistent. · Expands and grows data platform capabilities to solve new data problems and challenges. · Understands indexing schemes and partition design. · Constructs and implements operational data stores and data marts. · Resolves conflicts between models, ensuring that data models are consistent with the ecosystem model (e.g., entity names, relationships and definitions). · Adheres to data management standards, policies and procedures. · Evaluates and provides feedback on future technologies and new releases/upgrades. · Provides technical assistance to junior team members. *Qualifications & Technical Skills:* · Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience. · Excellent client-facing communication skills. · 3-5 years of IT and Business Intelligence experience. · *3-5 years of experience working with IBM Cognos.* · *Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau.* · *Data Modeling experience* · Experience with SAP is a plus. · Significant knowledge of data modeling and understanding of different data structures and their benefits and limitations under particular use cases. · Excellent problem solving, design, debugging and testing skills. · Enjoy being challenged and to solve complex problems on a daily basis. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements. *Thanks and Regards,* *Shilpi Bisht* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies* *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116|Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* *408-459-1965 [Direct] I [email protected] <[email protected]>* *www.idctechnologies.com* <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
