Contract 6+ Months *Must be Senior Level* *Preferred Qualifications **(Having all or at least 4 of the skills below would be huge plus):* · User interaction in an application support role · Understanding of Web or mobile application · Understanding of Call Center Processes and triage skills · Experience in Vendor Management · Troubleshooting techniques for resolving application performance or functional issues · Understanding of application high availability practices and technologies *Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):* Serves as a team member in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and/or supporting moderately complex new or revised processes or systems. Develops system specifications, prototypes, and all levels of documentation (e.g.; structure charts, screen designs, data flow diagrams, file layouts, report layouts, and job run descriptions) in accordance with IS standards. Responsible for the timely completion and quality of assigned deliverables and strives to achieve service level objectives. Acquires an understanding of user requirements and prepares activity and progress reports for project tasks.
