Location: Allentown, PA Interview: Phone Followed By Face-To-Face *Description: * · Meter Deployment Monitoring · Meter Network Infrastructure Monitoring · Meter Analysis within the Meter Operations Center (MOC). *Key Area:* · Deployment Monitoring: Ensuring that meter deployment is progressing as planned, and identifying issues that may impact deployment. · Network Operations: Ensuring that routers and collectors – which support the meters in the field - are communicating · Meter Operations: Ensuring that meters are communicating and that the data received is complete and accurate. · Meter SLS Performance: Ensuring that the communication between the network and meters is optimized and meeting necessary SLA’s. *Responsibilities:* · Monitor MIx Director workbenches and indicators to understand patterns and trends, and action as per Standard Operating Procedures. · Understand data sources, including systems interfaced, timing of data ingestion and how the data is used. · Follow Standard Operating Procedures, including: · Monitor Network Deployment · Monitor Network Operations · Monitor import log for issues with data ingestion. Notify members of administration team when errors exist in the import log. · Maintain and update operational procedures. · Work with MIx Developer role to define, document and enhance functionality to suit operational needs. · Collaborate with a mix of our client and vendor teams (Landis + Gyr, IBM, Blackstone, Bit Stew) to report MOC updates and resolve identified issues. · Report to Bit Stew Program Lead *Skills Required:* · BS/BA at 4 year college or university, Experience in electrical utility operations · Experience/knowledge of electric distribution networks · Experience with Meter Data Management Systems (MDMs), including customer electricity billing Experience with AMR/AMI meter system deployments (Aclara, Itron, etc) · Understanding of AMI Infrastructure and key data elements that describe a distribution and communication network. *Tools/Technology:* · Knowledge of Bit Stew MIx Director · Knowledge of systems that interface with MIx Director is helpful: · Meter Data Management System (MDMS) · Head End System (Command Center, TNS, MV-90) · Meter Asset Management System (MAM) · Customer Support System (CSS) · EOE of Minorities/Females/Veteran #Meter #Deployment #Infrastructure #Operations #MOC #Operator *Thanks & Regards* *Deepak Kumar | Lead Recruiter* *Direct: 845-523-4543* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
