Please share profile at sree.si...@softnet-consulting.com Need GC and US Citizen Only *Position title: SalesForce Developer/Architect* *Location: Roseland, NJ * *Position type: Contract * *Job ID: #16-01623 * Scope of Work: Evaluate and implement efficient, cost effective application program solutions, work as a team member with other systems analysts/programmers on scheduled releases as well as troubleshooting problems and may analyze existing system and progr amming logic to provide more efficient machine operations or to identify difficulties Will provide production support (e.g. critical business days, after hours, on call, etc.) between operations end users and the systems support team as well as conduct periodic application disaster recovery exercises Will operate on diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server), software, hardware, technologies and tools and will document and complete developer test cases to ensure stable integration with existing mature systems. Additional responsibilities include: To provide an opportunity to an individual who has substancial knowledge and experience working with SalesForce.com implementations. The Individual Life business has multiple instances of SalesForce.com and this position will allow a qualified candidate to impact and influence the current and future states of these implementations Administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, SalesForce1, and user and security settings Support the day-to-day running of the business within SalesForce which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners Coordinate production releases, working towards an Agile delivery methodology Responsible for overseeing production support to existing SalesForce.com instances by troubleshooting with IT/Systems and Salesforce.com, including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis Exposure to one or more related technologies such as DataStage (ETL), MapAnything (Geographic mapping software), SalesForce1 (mobile), Tableau (Business Intelligence software), Visual force, Apex. Agile/Scrum experience. Completion of SalesForce.com Certified Administrator exams, Sales Cloud and Dev certification a plus. Qualifications: Essential skills Strong analytical & mathematical skills, written & spoken communication skills; stored procedure development in UDB; Crystal Report development; UNIX KornShell scripting, Perl scripting, Autosys job management.
