*Role: Java Developer (USC, GC Only)*
*Location: Davie, FL *
*Duration: 9 Months Contract *
Government projects are Ideal but not required
They will be given a code Test and must complete within 48 hours
*Position description:*
Designs and creates well designed and efficient code
Works closely with other team members
Gets things done. Takes ownership of moderately complex tasks and drives
them to completion
Helps break down and provides estimates for assigned tasks
Excellent understanding of testing strategies to deliver quality software
Continuously acts to enhance knowledge of new technologies, development
processes
*Must-have work experience requirements:*
5-12 years software development experience in Java applications
Experience with JSE 8 and J2EE 7
Proficient use of Spring Framework 4.x
Working knowledge of design patterns and principles
Actual greenfield development experience
Experience with JMS, Spring Integration, RESTful Services, and WebSockets
Able to read UML
Git experience
Maven experience
Experience with unit testing frameworks e.g., JUnit, Mockito, etc.
Recent experience with multithreading
Experience developing for Linux and Windows environments
*Nice to have work experience requirements:*
Experience with the configuration and deploying application servers
Experience with Gradle
Experience with TCP/UDP sockets
Experience with asynchronous messaging and NIO
Experience with RHEL 7
Experience with IntelliJ
Some knowledge of .Net 4.x
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL DB manage systems
