·         Marketing Campaign Analyst/ Informatics Analyst with expertise in
Campaign Marketing Strategy, Data Reporting, Predictive Modeling,
Quantitative Analysis, Data Manipulation, Member Segmentation, and
Team/Project Management.

·         Certified SAS professional with experience in Finance/ Insurance/
Mortgage/ Credit Card service domains in Statistical Analysis, Reporting
and Data Management involving Analysis, design, development, testing and
validating the applications of Business Analytics projects
using SAS software.

·         Combination of the technical analytics skills along with the
client and industry marketing business skills, having worked in multiple
environments utilizing both skills

·         Experience on projects that involved monitoring and measuring
performance of Marketing Campaigns like Direct Mail, Email DRTV, tracking
inbound call volumes, Enrollments, Renewals and managing all the responses.

·         Experience providing the results of his analytical work in the
Dashboards reporting the information to the VP and the Directors.

·         *Located in New Jersey and is open to the required locations of
NYC, as well as travel to Harrisburg.*







*Job Responsibilities*:

·         Transform product transaction data into clearly defined and
executable offer marketing strategies for Partner including targeting of
offers based on previous product/category purchases (targeting matrix)

·         Create partner specific and cross sponsor marketing segmentations
for offer targeting

·         Work closely with Loyalty econometricians to develop custom
relevancy scoring models for all Partner offers

·         Design and implement test and learn strategies

·         Produce product offer reports including redemption rates and
incremental sales vs. control groups

·         Identify and articulate customer patterns in a meaningful way to
drive value to USLoyalty/Wellness + members

·         Collaborate closely with USLoyalty partners, marketing and
technology to personalize the customer experience across multiple channels

·         Perform as a marketing analytics subject matter expert within USL
and with Partner

·         Create adhoc analysis to support Partner marketing needs
including market analysis, share of wallet analysis, campaign analysis,
test analysis etc.

·         Maintain open lines of communication with leadership, partners,
and stake holders in order to continuously evolve and improve consumer
insights and offer marketing strategies
