*Position : Lead Java Developer//Architect* *Location: Mclean, VA* *Duration : 6+ Months* *MOI : Phone and F2F* *Visa : USC or GC only* *KEYS: Masters Degree, Lead/Architect level, 12+ years of Experience, Java/J2EE, AngularJS, REST API's* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Lead and develop APIs (RESTful) to integrate multiple software components - Directly and independently work with business partners and other tech teams. Independently make the decisions for the organization and the program - Lead other developers to develop high quality products - Design and implement application frameworks, APIs, libraries and services that perform at scale using existing and emerging technology platforms - Design and develop automation workflows, performing unit tests and conducting reviews to make sure the work is rigorously designed, elegantly coded, and effectively tuned for platform performance, and assessing the overall quality of delivered components - Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary due to the dynamic nature of collaborations with customers, vendors, and other engineering team, solving complex business problems together - We’re looking for self-starters, those who can work independently, with and across teams. *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:* - *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: * a.
