Need: Resource must be on site 5 days/week. Functional lead in Oracle R12
Governance, Risk & Compliance modules: (AACG, PCG, CCG, TCG) Good
understanding of Sarbox, Segregation of Duties, etc Preferably with OBA
certification Level 4. Strong client facing skills. Able to run business
requirements and business review workshops, develop gap analysis and
mitigation solutions and explain these with the client. *Strong
communication skills*, verbal and writing. Understands and is able to
produce requirements documents, functional specification, test scripts,
configuration documents. Experienced in running testing cycles for CRP, QA,
UAT and supporting users during go live.

Need: Our client is doing an upgrade of their ARIBA software and they are
looking for multiple developers for the project. We are looking for ARIBA
developers with Upstream-Sourcing and experience in version 9r1 upgrades or
implementations. The length of the project will be determined by the
positions, but these resources will be expected for between 6-12 months.

Description of Services to be Performed
Oracle OBIEE Financial Business Analyst
Understand the financial focus area (General Ledger, Procurement,
Project Accounting, Fixed Assets) including typical and leading business
practices, processes, & business reporting needs
Familiarity with Oracle EBS PC, GL, iProcurement, and FA modules and
data, processing and transactions associated with these modules
Translate end business user reporting needs into logical data
components and work with the BI and/or EBS teams to source data
Participate in design and testing of dashboards and reports for the
reporting needs identified
Support end user training on how to use the new reporting from BI
Work through user reporting requests to analyze the true data and
reporting needed to satisfy their need
Conduct effective training workshops related to the OBIEE toolset to
empower end users.

The role is implementing Dynamics AX from a Manufacturing / MRO
perspective. It looks something like this:
· Lead Mfg / Production Implementation
· Leads discovery process and mapping of business practices to
Dynamics AX.
· Develops Functional Requirements Document.
· Identifies and recommends opportunities for business process
improvement through appropriate leverage of Dynamics AX features.
· Works closely with team member(s) and Super Users to configure
Dynamics AX for Unit Testing, training, IST and production.
· Provides support/guidance for test script development. Provides
IST support.
· Provides guidance on data conversion mapping and setup tables.
· Provides go-live/cutover support and post go-live support.

Compliance Reporting / Cash Application and Reconcilliation. Resource should
be local to Miami, FL but will consider travelers.

Location: NJ, NJ
Duration: 6-8 months
Rate: $55 inclusive
Functional SAP SNC consultant with 2+ years of SAP configuration and support
experience in Supplier Network Collaboration - SNC 5.1 (aka ICH 5.0).
Experience in ECC Purchasing and Logistics Execution functionality is
preferred. Experience with MM functionality The candidate must have
experience with development of Functional Designs, and with translating user
requirements into functional specifications. Excellent Communication skills
Candidate will also be expected to support and customize exiting
implementation objects working in a cross-functional team environment.

consultant with experience Configuring Siebel Data Quality Connector and
Siebel Data Quality Server. Sold work in St. Louis, MO with a start date of

Location: New Jersey
Duration: 15 months
Rate: $inclusive
Need: Our client is looking for a strong functional PeopleSoft resource with
CATS implementation experience. Need 2 resources that have Fulcrum CATS and
PeopleSoft Fixed Assets experience. The resource needs to have experience
gathering requirements and testing.
*Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Lead *
Our client in Southern Cal is looking for a Oracle Transportation Management
(OTM) Functional Lead for 6 months plus. This resource must have very good
communications if not a US Citizen and have version 12 of Oracle EBS as well
as version 6 of OTM. This is a Functional lead role with experience working
on both sides of OTM which is the OM side and the Shipping execution side
and the integration between the two. This is Multi-Mode shipping which he
says is (Road, Rail, Road) and how it’s handled in EBS is not standard.
When it comes to R12/Shipping Execution he really is asking for the
knowledge to send shipment actuals back from Shipping Execution to OTM, then
have OTM update the planned values in OTM with the actual values coming from
Shipping Execution. This is a pretty standard requirement/request, the
devil is in the details.
