*Position: SAP Test Analyst * Location: Houston, TX Length: 1 Year Responsibilities The responsibilities this position will fulfill include the following. General Managing the Testing Tools library via the GlobalShare Safety compliance reporting and coordination for SAP Testing Track Functional Testing Monitor SAP Testing Track mailboxes (2) and taking appropriate actions, including: o Submitting bulk requests for SAP testers for QC Application Group o Quality Center User ID creation and maintenance o Notification to testers their IDS, passwords, and training documents o Remedy ticket creation & coordination of Quality Center issues with BLA Up load and resolving issues for Test Variants from Excel to Quality Center for Flow Test, IT, URT & RT testing Run regular exports from our testing tool and Remedy Support in generating NA/SCL test readiness and test execution metrics that gets communicated to program management for Flow Test 2, IT and URT test phases Support in daily tracking and follow up on test status Test Automation Test Automation team on-boarding and on-going support including requesting, tracking and coordinating the following: o LAN IDs, LAN share access, MSDN Licenses, SAP IDs, Quick Test Pro licenses, Smart Card Deferrals, CDE Machine assignments, Hardware Tokens, Firewall permissions Quality Center Administrator functions, including User Account setup Weekly reporting and communication on test automation progress status Test Variant analysis for proposed business processes, including: o QA review of cleaned-up TV documentation o Automation suitability o Classification of Complexity as VH, H, M, L Coordination with partner application custodians (i.e. CRM and others) on issues including software license compliance and connectivity with automation tools Loading, supporting automation tool software on CDE machines Tracking financials including test automation spend vs. budget, PlanIT actuals, assisting with Change Requests Facilitating internal weekly Test Automation meetings including Agenda preparation, reviewing action items, and assigning follow-up activities Preparation of documentation including "Lessons Learned" and other automation related documents Coordinating misc. test automation issues as they arise (i.e. No Screen Saver Group for CDE machines, etc.) Coordinating the conclusion of SAP TAO layering Assisting with the Support Transition of test automation from SAP Project to SAS organization Thanks & Regards Adem Technical Recruiter Vertigon Consulting Phone: 201-402-1610 Fax: 732-398-0506 Email: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP-UK" group.
