Previous Retailer and Packaged Applications Testing experience will be a certain Plus. · Any previous Oracle Retail testing experience will be highly regarded. · Strong Customer and Internal Stakeholder management experience in a matrixed environment is mandatory. · Good understanding of Testing process, ability to plan & track Functional, Integration, End to End, Regression Testing, dependency tracking, good understanding of Quality Center, Defect Tracking etc. · Able to manage a team of testing professionals both onsite and offshore.
