We have an urgent requirement as follows: Please respond with resumes in MS-Word Format with the following details to *[email protected]* Full Name : Location : Contact Number : Email : Availability : Visa Status : *Requirement Details :--* Location:- Dallas TX Position Type:- FTE(Citizens, GC’s and EAD’s only) *Siebel Developer – Production Support* Primary Responsibilities - Work with the Sr. CRM Architect and project managers to provide Tier III technical support and maintenance development support for existing Siebel applications. - Work in close collaboration with key business and technology partners - Utilize Expertise with Siebel data models and complete application development lifecycle; solid understanding of Siebel tools, configuration, integration, e-script, and workflows; proficiency in Siebel applications administration, Unix, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL; working knowledge of data mapping and ETL tools. - Coordinate interaction with internal departments in the areas of procurement, kick-off meetings or conference calls, resource assignment and hand-off meetings or conference calls. - Design and develop Siebel configuration solutions to meet business and IT needs. - Evaluate and integrate new functionality into the existing Siebel applications. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Prepare estimates and develops project plans. - Demonstrate proficiency in diverse facets of business analysis, including Business Process Mapping, Technical Architecture, and Workflow Analysis. Qualifications Education and Experience - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field - 2-4 years Siebel experience required Skills and Knowledge - Strong configuration knowledge of Siebel Tools, Workflow, EAI (EIM, Web Services), Siebel eScript, Business Services, Desktop Integration, and Oracle 11g SQL required - Siebel 8.0/8.1 experience required - Excellent communications skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of a task with limited supervision. - Siebel Data Mapping expertise associated with importing data from legacy systems desired.
