Job Title:* DB2 Database Analyst* Location: Mahwah, NJ Duration: 12+ Months Contract Candidate should be a solid Sr. Database Analyst working in a 24x7 environment. They should have strong DB2 z/OS DBA skills, including database schema management, very strong performance and tuning, backup and recovery, business continuity planning, very strong logical and physical database design skills. Should be familiar with IBM and BMC utilities, Experience with Computer Associates performance tools (e.g., Detector) preferred. Candidate should have IMB data Studio expertise. Candidate will be expected to perform periodic 24x7 on-call support. Management Skills: Candidate should be a strong team player and work well with others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are Primary Skill: DB2 Performance and Tuning required.
