Position: SharePoint Technical Consultant (SP 2010 and 2013) Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 3-4 Months Rates: $55-65/Hr. Special Skill Required: SharePoint 2010 and 2013 experience Required Talents 8 -10 years of business, software, or consulting experience or equivalent, with an emphasis on Microsoft technology and delivering project-based services Consulting background and experience implementing and managing complex technology solution projects Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint architecture, technology, and concepts with deep experience in all SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workloads Expertise in designing and implementing SharePoint-based solutions in a variety of industries Broad and deep experience with related Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, Lync, Exchange, Project Server, Dynamics CRM, and Forefront Identity Manager Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership on large projects, sizable cross-functional project teams and achieve desired customer satisfaction from inception to deployment Knowledge of software or applications development life cycle Ability to interface with clients and teams in a pre-sales fashion, and on an on-going delivery basis as projects progress Advanced organizing and planning skills to manage large projects and complex customer deliverables Superior problem solving and decision-making capabilities Outstanding written and oral communications skills, and group facilitation capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Demonstrated initiative and positive "can-do" attitude High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Preferences BS degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
