This role will give someone the opportunity to get their foot into a great company that is moving to establish more process and development standards as well as work on new development projects versus working on day to day support/maintenance requests. This person will be responsible for creating technical designs, programming and unit testing in accordance with development standards for enhancements and modifications to an existing set of applications. This resource is being hired to help build all new interfaces for the rewrite of their core website to integrate to all their back office and business applications The .Net Developers will collaborate with functional leads for implementation options and clarify requirements and resolve open design questions with functional leads. They will also be responsible for providing status to technical leads and / or project managers, provide support for system testing, promote quality of code through thorough testing and code peer review process as well as leverage technical and industry experience to compliment skill set of existing team members.
