Position: .Net Developer

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $55/hr C2C  (not negotiable)



*Required Skills:*

5+ years of .Net development experience including experience with ASP.Net,
C# and VB.Net in an enterprise environment (webservices is ideal)

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have experience developing custom applications and experience working
on new development projects

Web Services and experience working on web integration projects strongly
desired

Must have experience in batch and OLTP processing

Experience with recognized SDLC methodology including Waterfall

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience

Experience/Knowledge of best practices of.NET architecture

Work planning and estimation

Management of personal tasks and deadlines

Technical design, writing and documentation

Growing and mentoring technical resources

Execution of technical standards and processes



*Description of Role/Responsibilities:*

The .Net Developer position is a long term contract opportunity with a
well known client in Indianapolis.  This role will give someone the
opportunity to get their foot into a great company that is moving to
establish more process and development standards as well as work on new
development projects versus working on day to day support/maintenance
requests.   This company has a really fun, laid back corporate culture with
some unique benefits.  This person will be responsible for creating
technical designs, programming and unit testing in accordance with
development standards for enhancements and modifications to an existing set
of applications.  This resource is being hired to help build all new
interfaces for the rewrite of their core website to integrate to all their
back office and business applications The .Net Developers will collaborate
with functional leads for implementation options and clarify requirements
and resolve open design questions with functional leads.  They will also be
responsible for providing status to technical leads and / or project
managers, provide support for system testing, promote quality of code
through thorough testing and code peer review process as well as leverage
technical and industry experience to compliment skill set of existing team
members.  The opportunity to be hired as full time employee will also exist
