Websphere Systems Administrator / Configuration Engineer Location :- Seattle, Washington
6+ months plus Job Description Looking for DevOps background with experience in systems administration, configuration management, build & release deployment automation and managing infrastructure to join our T-Mobile CSD Configuration Management team. Responsibilities: - Contribute and collaborate in environment build out activities - Perform code builds and deployments - Close collaboration with various development, engineering, database and production teams - Support existing Development/Test/Production environments and ensure smooth working order, unblocked from meeting release goals. - May require communication to coordinate work with offshore team - Document build out instructions - Automate processes and reduce manual intervention Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a Dev operations or production support experience with configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting applications running on IBM WebSphere Commerce v7+ - 3+ years of experience with configuration management and have worked with one or more source control applications with a solid knowledge of branching and code promotions. (Accurev, Git, Perforce, Subversion) - B.S. Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience required.
