This role will function in supporting IBM’s development of new business as well as delivery of engagements in the Oracle eBusiness Suite. The ideal candidate will have public sector and/or federal government experience and knowledge of federal financials. They must have demonstrated experience as an Oracle Project Manager, proven experience implementing federal financials and/or supply chain solutions, and have successfully delivered large-scale Oracle projects. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), this position will provide in-depth expertise and domain-specific knowledge to proposal teams in order to drive proposal content and insight that leads to a winning bid.
