*Project Location* *Oakland, CA* *Duration* *6 months /Contract* *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Interview Mode: Telephonic followed by F2F/Skype(Non-local)* * Job Requirement:* Seeking PeopleSoft Functional Core HR / WFA Consultant who will play a critical role in current implementation of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 project. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of PeopleSoft Core HR / WFA experience and exposure to 9.x product suite, specifically PeopleSoft HR, Position Management, Profile Management, Approval Workflow Engine, Manager and Employee Self Service. *Job Responsibilities:* • Responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on work progress. • Responsible for configuration, developing functional design documents/specifications, and for functional unit testing. • Adhere to implementation best practices, standards and processes related to PeopleSoft HCM. • Experience in working through the project lifecycle over multiple assignments under aggressive timelines. • Coordinate and communicate with team members and business users. *Qualifications* The responsibilities described above are the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *Required Skills:* • 5+ years of hands of experience as PeopleSoft Functional Core HR / WFA Consultant. • Experience in at least 2-4 implementation and upgrades of 9.x version of PeopleSoft with big, distributed customer.
