*Job Title: *Sr B&R
*Location: Charlotte, NC*

*This role is 70% coding. *
*SR. Build and Release Developer *
The ideal candidate will be able to take on multiple different roles at
times and also be very well versed with B&R processes. This candidate
should have be very passionate about learning new technologies and see
projects through from conception to implementation.
*B&R Developer Requirements:*
3+ years of software and/or build automation experience.
3+ years of experience with various CI/CM tools such as:
o Jenkins, Perforce, Git, Maven, Or, Ansible
3+ years of experience with BMC Monitoring Tool Suite or similar
tool
Programming experience in one of the following; C++, C#, or Java
Coding experience with batch and/or linux shell scripting.
Extensive capability debugging build compiler and linking errors in
multiple coding languages
*Day to Day:*
As a Sr. Build and Release Developer, you will be responsible for
environment builds, software builds and releases, development of build
scripts, installation procedures, continuous integration, issue tracking,
and environment/application monitoring. You will work closely with our QA
teams and Solution teams and Infrastructure teams to ensure release builds
meet performance and stability standards. You will be expected to work
independently, looking for opportunities and taking initiative to remove
complexity, streamline and automate our systems, so that issues can be
discovered and fixed as quickly as possible.
*Responsibilities:*
Streamline, standardize and automate build and release processes
Continue to improve build infrastructure, efficiency and reliability
Work closely with test teams to ensure releases are up to
organizational standards
Develop and deploy QA instrumentation and environment monitoring
