COGNOS TM1 DEVELOPER / DATA ARCHITECT Location: NYC,NY 6-12 months contract *Must have Cognos TM1 experience * · Extensive hands-on experience Cognos TM1 (Perspective, Architect, CAFÉ, Performance Modeler) and TM1 SDK is a must. Strong hands-on knowledge of TI processes that query and write into relational tables, customize workflow. · IBM Certified Developer – Cognos TM1, 10.2.2 a strong plus · Hands-on experience with the remaining suite of Cognos tools is a plus, including Cognos 10 BI – Workspace Advanced, Cognos Insight, Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Transformer/Powerplay, Cognos Connection, Cognos Enterprise Planning · Takes direction well but must work independently, Team player, strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills. · Extensive experience with MS Excel, spreadsheet presentation, and financial modelling. · Excellent communications, presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization on a regular basis. · Expertise in the design and development of large scale integrated Enterprise wide Data Warehouse, Cognos TM1, BI and planning solutions. · Understanding of Data Models, ETL processes a plus. · Ability to build strong alliance with different business and functional groups. · Architected multiple enterprise wide deployed financial BI Reporting and Dashboard solutions. · Strong understanding of various relational database platforms in design and development of ETL processes and relational databases (Oracle is a plus). · Expertise in architecting distributed multi-server Cognos environments including capacity planning, installation and configuration of TM1 10.2.2 software components.
