PeopleSoft HRMS Business Systems Analyst need in Boston.  This experience
is required, plus knowledge of the ACA is helpful.

Our Boston is looking for a *PeopleSoft Functional Business Systems
Analyst *Consultant with 3+ years of experience in PS Benefits module.
 The primary role will be analyzing requirements, writing designs,
configuring, developing and executing test plans and test cases for ACA –
Affordable Care Act reporting within the current client’s HR/CMS – Human
Resource Compensation Management system.   This position requires gathering
and understanding customer’s business and technical requirements,
determining viable solutions, configuring the application, and working with
customers on testing the *ACA* reporting solution.

The *Business Systems Analyst *has a high level of analytic skills, a
moderate level of technical skills, and is eager to learn new
things. Demonstrating service excellence, a pro-active and collaborative
approach to service delivery, and a strong customer focus are all mandatory
for the incumbent of this role.



*Duties*

Specific duties of this position will include the following:

   - Be a major player in a diverse team of individuals who develop,
   configure, quality assures, and support the client’s Human Resources and
   Payroll system.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

   - “Lead” project Subject Matter Expert role for activities related to
   the PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 ACA Compliance and reporting requirements
   - Manage the activities and provide direction to the implementation team
   members
   - Lead and manage the team through planning, requirements, analysis,
   construction, testing and deployment phases of the project.
   - Facilitate team meetings and other group sessions as needed
   - Participate or lead special committees, if needed, which are formed to

   - Good interviewing and facilitation skills for gathering detailed,
   comprehensive requirements.
   - Experience with a systems development life cycle methodology is
   desired.
   - Experience in performing analysis and problem solving skills is highly
   desired.
   - Experience writing designs are highly desired.
   - Experience in developing and executing test plans and cases is highly
   desired.

*Project Description:*

A Senior Level Java Developer is needed for the WIN Modernization Project.
Currently, the WIN system is copied into 24 separate instances running on
24 virtual LPARs.  This project will consolidate the systems into one high
availability system which would eliminate the redundant systems and
licensing costs.  The current WIN User Interface is reliant on Form
Management System (FMS), an aging, unsupported system.  This project aims
to replace the UI with the current UI standards, enabling better usability
and reduced training.



*Position Description:*

The developer will support the project team in the construction of the
architecture of the new foundation for WIN.  The developer will be
responsible for Java/Angular JS design, development, testing, debugging and
documenting software components.



The Senior Java Developer will be involved in the technical design process
and complete estimates and work plans for design, development,
implementation, and rollout tasks.  The Developer communicates with the
appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are delivered with the highest
of quality and in accordance to standards.  The Java Developer strives to
continuously improve the software delivery processes and practices. Role
