*Project Location* *Houston TX* *Duration* *6 months /Contract* * Skills Required and Job Description:* *Interview Mode: Telephonic followed by Skype* Work with colleagues in the EBS support team to *maintain and enhance Oracle eBusiness suite HR, OTL and Payroll business requirements.* To complement and or enhance the ERP functionality for existing or new implementations. *Key Responsibilities:* - Work with colleagues of the EBS Support team ensuring effective implementations of Oracle eBusiness functionality. - Work as part of a team in collaboration with the Program Analysis & Architecture team, seeking synergy and common understanding of HR, OTL and Payroll process to provide system configurations that fulfill business requirements. - Work with sponsors and users to implement HCM modules of Oracle e-Business Suite, setting standards and expectations and ensuring content and timescales agreed are met. - Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the PMO governance framework. - Peers consist of other Business Systems Analysts and Work stream Leads across the Program Management team. - External contacts include: vendor organizations, consultant organizations, professional bodies and peers in other companies, on a global and regional level. - This position can be assigned to multiple projects at a time. - Demonstrate functional and technical expertise across Human Capital Management modules of the Oracle e-Business Suite and Oracle Time and Labor, payroll knowledge desirable. - Proactively promote knowledge sharing across the team. - Advise and assist the business to identify opportunities how we can make best use existing systems. - Follows the established Change Control and Release Management processes. - Ensure effective delivery of system functionality and upgrades, within scope and on time. - Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with regional PMO methodologies, processes and procedures. - Engage proactively with BPOs (Business Process Owners), sharing knowledge best practices and information. - Partners with colleagues in the Project team to produce solution designs that accommodate business requirements. - Involved in data analysis to guide end users during the conversion process in implementations. - System implementation including training, support, problem resolution and handover to the Operations and Support team. - Liaise with and train users to ensure that system solutions are fully and correctly utilized. - Provide the project managers with work estimates during the planning of projects. - Works with vendors to deliver requirements & resolve issues. - Regular visits to other sites, customer / partner organizations and vendors may be required. *Education/Qualification* Essential - 7 – 10 years of practical experience in Oracle implementations is required. - R12 and/or 11i Oracle ERP implementation & upgrades experience. - Experienced on promoting and implementing Oracle HCM and OTL - Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment) - Expertise with *Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ),* including *full life-cycle implementation* experience, configuration and administration of the application - Ability to perform *gap analysis* and develop functional specs - Past experience as a *team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations* - Full lifecycle Implementation experience *Desirable* - *Knowledge and operational experience in Oil field service companies.* - *Bilingual English/Spanish.* - *Bachelor’s Degree in IT, HR or related field.* - *Knowledge in writing Oracle Discoverer reports.* *Technical/Business Skills & Experience* - *Strong technical knowledge* in Oracle applications *Human Capital Management* and *Oracle Time and Labor modules*. - Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the business use of the Oracle e-Business Suite – able to provide assistance over a wide range of Oracle HCM/OTL applications and system issues. - Good understanding of Oracle AIM implementation methodology, including: requirements management, configuration management;
