OBIEE architect Skype hire- 6+ Months Newport Beach, CA Brief Statement of Position: The OBIEE Architect reports to the BI Manager and is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the company’s business intelligence platforms. Work closely with the BI Manager to define and manage OBIEE solutions including database designs, ETL implementations and report solutions. *Skills /Education: * • Experience with/understanding of Oracle EBS • Strong experience with Oracle EBS-based OBIEE, OBIA, DAC and Informatica • Understanding of Oracle EBS modules and functions: Sales, Finance, Operations • Experience working with Oracle Business User community • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Experience designing and developing Oracle Database objects: Tables, View, Queries and Stored Procedures • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, MIS, software development or comparable experience *Experience: * • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an information technology Oracle BI reporting environment including: o Oracle 11g particularly Oracle EBS data objects o Informatica PowerCenter with Oracle EBS data objects o OBIEE with Oracle EBS o OBIA and DAC • Several years’ experience working for a mid-sized to large organization; manufacturing experience desirable • Experience working with Business Users at least for testing and requirements refinement *Specific Tasks Duties and Responsibilities:* • Maintain and enhance the BI solutions data to increase the capability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of systems. • Design Oracle queries, tables, and SQL Statements • Develop and implement the BI architecture which includes Data Warehousing, data integration and staging. • Design and develop OBIEE • Work with business users to understand and translate user requirements into data structures, models, and integration/extract jobs. • Map data from data sources to through the Data Warehouse layers. • Develop documentation as necessary for analysis or design. • Manage the reporting and analytics platform(s) to ensure that scheduled jobs are successfully run and analytics data aligns to timeliness and completeness of requirements • Act as database administrator to ensure that databases feeding the reporting platforms are tuned for optimal performance. • Determine/communicate work estimates and status as needed. • Stay current with latest BI industry trends and software versions. *Waiting for your response…* Best Regards *Ravi Nigam* 978-558-4666 Ext. 101 [email protected] *TekNavigators,* *LLC* 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa, FL 33637 DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
