The key competencies will also include solid knowledge and skills with various platforms (VMware, Azure and Solaris) and server operating systems (Windows, Linux and Solaris). This position requires 10+ years of relevant experience* *Details:* · *Supporting the technical design of new projects or infrastructure upgrades using company and industry best practices* · *Overseeing Infrastructure deployments for new projects* · *Owning and completing complex technical tasks within the Infrastructure* · *Performing reviews of the on premise Cloud Services performance and pro-actively making recommendations on how to improve efficiency or lower financial expenditure* · *Attending and contributing to regular Service Review Meetings* · *Provide training and support to technical team* · *Provide leadership and coaching to team members* · *Provide consulting engineering services for the planning, coordination, and implementation of releases, upgrades.* · *Support Wintel and Unix (Linux and Solaris) Server and Application environments.* · *Understanding of load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies preferred* · *Ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience navigating large enterprise environments, marrying complex business requirements to progressive design solutions.* · *Responsibilities will include installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
