This person will be doing 50% ticketing handling, giving access control, troubleshooting issues, debugging issues, configuration changes when there are issues and set up custom field when need be. Someone who can be an admin and app support person molded into one would be the ideal candidate. They will not be doing active java development but must be able to do system support written in java and navigate the code in a production environment. They will also have an element of their job where they will be interacting with teams and must be outgoing and collaborative.
