strong relationship with him.



Anyone you submit to me MUST have extensive Dell One Identity Manager
(D1IM).   Any candidates with extensive D1IM experience will be rejected.

*Description**:*

The Senior Identity and Access (IAM) Administrator provides customer
service, IAM project support, and application integration support for the
IAM operations of international user community. Systems include Active
Directory, Oracle EBS and many applications specific to the
biopharmaceutical industry. Personnel use these accounts and access the
data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Under the general
guidance of the Manager of Program Operations, this position is responsible
for: establishing, directing, developing, documenting, and maintaining
workflow, dataflow, and process for user account and practitioner
information with a focus on the Oracle database back end of the Dell 1 IAM
Suite

The individual who takes this position must be able to work independently
and within a team environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.  The Sr IAM Administrator must be able to provide solutions,
adapt and integrate existing and new information streams, and coordinate
support when issues arise and support access controls around data and
information that is needed 24 x 7.

Troubleshooting/Operations

·         Weekly on-call rotation

o   Perform user and Service Item bulk loads/updates

o   Troubleshooting stuck jobs in the queue

o   Run daily health checks

o   Troubleshoot integration issues

·         Work with Dell Support on Service Requests

o   Participate in bi-weekly status calls

o   Apply provided fixes and test

o   Provide various logging to assist troubleshooting

o   Ensure high-quality design of any fixes developed

·         Extensive data manipulation skillset

o   PL/SQL: writing complex queries, manipulating schema through DDL,
reverse-engineering and writing from scratch stored
procedures/functions/packages

o   Knowledge of performance tuning Oracle databases (indexing,
fragmentation, query structure, etc)

o   Crystal Reports (the closest main-stream reporting engine to D1IM’s
Report Editor tool)

o   Excel – pivot tables, vlookups, descriptive statistics and charts/graphs

o   Tableau

o   JIRA



Documentation

·         Write documentation for IT Quality & Change Management

·         Team with colleagues to author, execute and review test scripts
in HP ALM

·         Maintain structural documents for IAM system: User Requirements
Specification, Functional Specification, Design Specification

o   Work with BA’s and business to provide technical expertise to draft
realistic requirements and apply best practices



IAM Ecosystem Knowledge

·         Data flow best practices

·         Management of users, entitlements, and access (RBAC & ABAC) and
associated best practices

·         Dell One Identity Manager (D1IM) expertise

·         CA Directory (LDAP) knowledge

·         Windows Server 2008 & 2012

·         Linux (Putty)

·         Connected Systems: Oracle EBS R12, Microsoft Exchange 2013/O365,
Active Directory, Active Roles Server (ARS)



Business Analysis

·         Ability to work with a broad set of business users to gather
agreeable detailed requirements

·         Strong documentation skills to flush out workflows using visio or
other software package

·         Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a
regulated industry

·         Experience with SSO and identity federation



Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business/Health/Public Administration or related field.



2+ year's experience should include:

Experience functioning as an Analyst in an Identity and Access Management
(IAM) position.

2+ Years’ experience with Oracle databases executing complex queries.

2+ year of experience identifying and resolving problems with databases
and/or data quality.

2+ years of demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
including Outlook, Excel, Word and Visio.

1+ Years’ of experience developing policies, procedures and workflow
documents.

Demonstrated work experience in user access and provider maintenance
functions.

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

DESIRED:

2+ years' work experience functioning as a Senior Administrator or a Lead
in an IAM position.

3+ years' experience working in a large, complex, pharmaceutical or medical
environment.

Tableau experience

Healthcare industry experience.

Workflow development

Provide regular status reports to management.

Attend team and departmental meetings as appropriate.

Act as backup for other team members and functions, as needed.
