Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, participate in root cause analysis for system outbreaks, issues etc Good communication skills , Work experience with global clients Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision Design and Developing the Custom Connectors, Ex: java webservice connectors and creating endpoint using connector xpresss, building them.
