I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation *Title: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (developer, designer, implementation)* *Location: Miami, FL * *Duration: 6 month contract to hire* *phone hire * *GC-EAD, GC, USC ONLY* Work Experience Requirements: The ServiceNow developer will play an integral role in developing the ServiceNow platform. We’re seeking a cross-functional thinker who has a profound drive to build out and maintain a world-class ServiceNow environment. Primary responsibilities include development, maintenance, administration and configuration of ServiceNow. This individual will work closely with IT Management, external partners and internal employees on a daily basis. *Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* - Serves as a developer and *technical subject matter expert for the ServiceNow system.* - Develops / implements new configurations and customizations for ServiceNow - *ServiceNow development experience* - *C# or Java development experience* - *JavaScript development experience* - Must be very detail oriented - Implements new ServiceNow modules based on the needs of - Performs system and integration testing - Authors and maintains technical documentation - Runs reports and configures service level agreements (SLAs) out of ServiceNow - Analyzes user requirements in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap - Is responsible for the continuous review of new ServiceNow modules, as well as other commercially available software to ensure the ServiceNow platform and tools remain current - Is responsible for the creation and documentation of development, unit test cases and build plans. - Supports all future releases and provides updates to software as required based on feedback from users - Maintains an understanding of ServiceNow modules and software licensing functionality *Education and Experience Requirements:* - Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
