The candidate must demonstrate ownership and follow-through in a fast paced, mission critical environment while working collaboratively with a wide range of technical and non-technical personnel. Review and evaluate Pega PRPC application and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards. Develops software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests. *Job Responsibilities* Reviews and evaluates software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards. Develops and implements software/systems testing standards and procedures and conducts tests. Documents and analyzes test results, and makes recommendations to improve overall quality. May be responsible for testing purchased third-party software and/or services to ensure that company standards and end-user requirements are met. Assists with project planning activities associated with software engineering projects. May provide quality-related training. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Participates in special projects as required. Participates in establishing software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance. Assist with training for new hires *Skills/Technical Qualifications* Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in quality assurance and software engineering. Effective communication skills. Ability to review, test and evaluate the work of others. Experience with Jira or a similar testing documentation tool Ability to deal with changing and competing priorities; ability to quickly learn a complex process; ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans, test cases, and test steps.
