Please do let me know if you have suitable candidate for this position *Position: *Salesforce QA *Location:* New Providence, NJ *Duration:* 6+ Months Contract *Phone Then F2F* *Required Experience: * • 5+ years of Computer System Validation in a GxP environment (familiar with GAMP 5 guidelines) • Validation documentation authoring, including validation plans, requirements, test cases, trace matrix and summary reporting. • Software user requirements gathering and documenting for corporate-wide appellations • Software quality assurance testing, deviation tracking and resolution verification. • Experience with hands-on usage of any of the following systems: o TrackWise (or other QMS applications) o Master Control - Document Management (or other EDMS applications) o SalesForce - 2+ yrs experience working with Salesforce and/or the Force.com platform o Oracle Product Data Hub o Web content management tools • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools *Job Requirements: * • Ability to monitor QMS system user issues and provide first-level helpdesk support • Ability to communicate system issues to technical support and track/verify to resolution. • Ability to generate SQL-based queries to support the investigation/resolution of system issues. • Good documentation practices and writing skills. • Ability to work as a ‘one-person-team’ with minimal supervision. • Ability to develop project plans and author/present project status reports to mid-management. • Ability to travel to other client sites (US and International) – less than 10% travel is estimated.
