Provides technical and rotating on-call support for Data Integration Tools, including but not limited to Informatica PowerCenter, B2B, Data Quality, Proactive Monitoring, and other tools under the scope of Data Integration Services organization. 2. Leads major and minor software upgrades, implementation of new software offerings and infrastructure, maintenance, and coordinates testing activities with project teams 3. Researches and provides recommendations for capacity modifications 4. Collaborates with project managers/leaders to document tasks and update status 5. Creates and maintains architecture diagrams 6. Informatica/Data Integration/Data Quality tools & UNIX troubleshooting 7. Informatica/Data Integration/Data Quality Tools Security 8. Leads/participates/contributes in Internal Team Process Improvements 9. Enhances and/or establishes, implements, and maintains appropriate Informatica/ETL administration best practices 10. Coordinates patching and other infrastructure sponsored activities 11. Triage of support tickets 12. Stop / Start services (AIX, Linux, or Windows platforms) 13. Monitoring of servers and services 14.
