We are looking for creative individuals with critical thinking skills to develop robust and innovative solutions to complex problems. The Encirca AWS migration project is focused on moving the current Encirca solution to AWS as well as changing existing processes and functionality to fully utilize AWS. Project and Responsibilities: Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Work with project manager, Scrum team, and other team members to design and develop software applications, data structures, and processes to meet the designated needs. • Follow and improve established processes for software development life cycle with an agile approach to delivery software. • Mentor and lead other developers in best practices for designing, coding, and testing software. Work with software architects to ensure solutions are consistent with company standards and guidelines.
