RMS Automotive is seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer and Administrator to design and implement Salesforce solutions and develop and deliver other technical solutions that support our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will help us grow and improve our Salesforce ecosystem, share implementation best practices, recommend and design alternative solutions, and can help reduce overall technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle. This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with Salesforce.com and related cloud technologies and vendor system integrations. *General Responsibilities:* · Use VisualForce, Apex, Java, JavaScript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support critical business functions · Collaborate with members of the project team and business owners to design, develop, unit test, and provide post-release support · Work in a highly agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven design methods · Utilize cloud integration tools such as MuleSoft, WebMethods-Cloud Streams, Informatica Cloud manage integrations between SalesForce.com and other systems · Design advanced reports, dashboards, and portals in SalesForce.com and other business intelligence tools *Minimum Qualifications:* • Computer-related or engineering-related four year degree (or equivalent) • 5+ years software development experience • 3+ years’ Apex/VisualForce experience • Knowledge of a server-side development language such as Java or C# • Salesforce Developer Certification • Understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as experience with object-oriented languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, .Net) • Basic SQL knowledge; Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema • Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving capability • Self-motivated and directed; flexibility in meeting changing priorities and deadlines • Excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills *Preferred Qualifications:* - Additional Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Advanced Developer) - Application development experience such as Java, JavaScript, C++, ASP, SQL, JQuery, JSON, VisualForce, Apex, Native and Hybrid Mobile Development (iOS, Android, etc) - Experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles - Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment e.
