Projects and tasks include but are not limited to *1)* Development and editing of reports from web based system using report writer tool, *2)* Program intake, discussion and formula development to support new or pilot programs *3)* Work help tickets by troubleshooting, evaluating root cause and resolving system problems *4)* Assist in the development of key business metrics, build reports to support management with data *5)* Streamline processes to ensure program efficiency *6)* Candidate must have the ability to respond and resolve problems within the designated timeframe. *WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * *Minimum Years* Skills/Experience 7 Applying knowledge of programming techniques, formulas and computer systems 5 Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development 5 Converts data into detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into language to be processed by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages 7 SSRS Report Writing 7 MS Office suite including Access, Excel and Visio 5 Multi- tasking-utility player ability to contribute to multiple projects and tasks with limited supervision 5 Effective communications skills, ability to work with many types of people while maintaining focus on goals and objectives *Preferred Years* Skills/Experience 5 Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives 5 Designs reports, forms and letters to accomplish goals of user request (SSRS, Visual Basic, SQL) 5 Work involves assisting in analyzing systems outlines to develop programs for computer applications, writing solution programs, documenting the methods and procedures used in program development, and testing and correcting programs (Javascript, Visual Basic) 5 Reviews reports and UI to detect syntax or logic errors during program test, or uses diagnostic software to detect errors 5 Assists users to solve operating problems.
