Performance Tester is responsible for developing and implementing testing
techniques and performance testing scripts to sufficiently test the
performance of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and interfaced
applications by working with business functional users and IT personnel.
The person will be responsible for providing detailed reports which will
provide assistance in tuning system performance and making future decision
for the applications.
The ideal candidate will also have PeopleSoft HCM functional experience,
and understand system monitoring and system tuning
