6-12 month Contract *Candidates must be able to do in-person interviews. * ****The candidates that you sent to me need to have Project Management experience, even if it's minor.* *Description:* • The e-Commerce Business Analyst III will report to the e-Commerce Manager of Projects, and be responsible for Site, Fulfillment, and Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning e-Commerce IT initiatives aligned with the product roadmap. • Responsible for eliciting requirements from the Site, Marketing and Fulfillment Business teams, articulate customers' needs in requirements by working with customer focus groups, customer surveying and analyzing site metrics. The Sr. Business Analyst often engages with Product/Portfolio Management, Program Management, Business teams to ensure that requirements are prioritized and activities are aligned with the product release roadmap. The Sr. Business Analyst is also responsible for prioritizing defects associated with the feature and/or that are impacting the e-Commerce organization and its customers. • Using industry best-practice methodologies, responsibility for identifying and translating business procedures and objectives into comprehensive system requirements, including functional specifications, wireframes and UI mockups, workflow diagrams, use cases, and test plans. • The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in eliciting e-Commerce web site requirements, including experience in design and site usability. *Skills needed: * • Coordination excellence. E-Commerce includes a diverse group of functions; merchants, planners, visual merchandisers, web metric analysts, creative experts, e-Commerce marketing experts, and more.
