Full Stack Java Developer Location: Beltsville, MD *Phone then F2F* *PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:* Designs, develops, and implements Java backend applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Incumbents act as internal consultants, providing technical guidance or business process expertise on the most complex projects or researching strategic planning matters from a technical or business standpoint.
