*Job Description-* · 10 + years of experience. · 5+ years of experience in Data Quality and Data Governance. · Strong technical writing skills and communication skills. · Advanced working knowledge and understanding of the database reporting and analytical skills. · Must have an advanced understanding of the SQL query language and BI reporting tools. · Manages data quality team, which consists of internal analyst resources third party vendors provided contractors and consultant resources. · Provides leadership, motivation and establishes a teamwork environment for the data quality team; and advises, influences, and coaches team members in the development and achievement of project & program goals. · Partners with data stewards and data owners within the corporate and line of business functions to define and document data quality rules, targets, and standards. Establishes change controls over quality standards and works with functional and IT partners to enforce within the organization · Works with IT resources to turn business quality rules into technical requirements and manages testing and certification activities with data stewards and owners. · Partners with Enterprise Data Steward and owners to develop, enhance, and manage governance dashboarding capability on quality metrics. Defines user experience standards and partners with IT to implement across data governance reporting.
