I have following ERP PM position for Maryland. This is 18-24 months
assignment and possible hire afterwards. Please let me know if you have

Required Education, Training, and Experience
*       Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with
a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
*       Experience with AMS Advantage or equivalent ERP Human
resources/payroll system software
*       5+ years of proven project management experience managing and
delivering large government or corporate IT projects 
*       Proven SDLC development, integration and data migration
background 
*       Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, MS
Project, PowerPoint, and Visio
*       Familiarity in use of project collaboration tools such as MS
SharePoint.
*       Experience in defining and planning change management efforts
such as end user support programs including the development of training
strategy, communication strategy, and user support strategies
*       Working knowledge of SQL relational database is a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*         Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
(PMBOK)
*         Knowledge of business operations, processes and procedures.
*         Knowledge of the principles and practices of planning,
developing, managing and implementing an information technology project.
*         Knowledge of personal computers, Local Area Networks, Wide
Area Networks, Internet and programming.
*         Ability to coordinate, lead, and guide effective teams.
*         Ability to plan, monitor and managing  information technology
projects.  
*         Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with departmental staff, technical teams, and
vendors/contractors.  
*         Ability to effectively manage diverse teams and manage
conflicting priorities.
*         Ability to prepare and present executive and administrative
reports and project updates for management.  
*       Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and
negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
*       Solid management, leadership, communication and coordination
skills
*       Strong analytical skills
*       Strong writing/editing skills
*       Strong advocacy skills
*       Strong organizational skills
*       Keen attention to detail
