Job Description:
 This SAP BPS Analyst position's duties include but are not limited to:
requirements gathering, functional set up and configuration, fit-gap
analysis, blueprinting, implementation, go-live activities and
production support as part of the Release 6 team. Job Description and
Responsibilities: 
- Develop, document, test and implement design with acceptance and
support of business and audit controls leadership.
- Primary role is to design and implement BPS Planning Grids to support
Trade Promotion Management related business requirements. identifying
application requirements.
- Configure application and write supporting functional enhancement
design documents to meet identified requirements. Work with technical
developers and BI team to ensure supporting reports, interfaces,
conversions, forms and workflow are effectively built, tested and
implemented.
- Identify, document and conduct all unit testing, mock and system
testing of mission critical scenarios; manage expected results versus
actual results; track and resolve errors.
- Support generation of procedural documentation regarding the business
processes being implemented. This documentation will then be leveraged
to create end user training manuals by functional area.
- Focus areas may include: SAP Trade Promotion Management, Trade Funds
Management, Trade Claims Management and Field Planning/Forecast
Integration.
- Support all Program Management Office requirements related to work
activities (documentation & reporting).
- Provide post-implementation production support. 
 
 
 
Skill Sets
 
 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in SAP systems implementation or
support.
- CPG industry experience required (Consumer packaged goods are
consumable goods such as food and beverages, footwear and apparel,
tobacco, and cleaning products. are things that get used up and have to
be replaced frequently, in contrast to items that people usually keep
for a long time, such as cars and furniture.
- SAP BPS experience in Trade Promotion Management preferred.
- Quickly analyzes complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic
solutions.
- Takes the initiative to find ways to get better results - Exhibits a
"can do" attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges. -
Effectively self-manages multiple work assignments; can adapt/flex to
rapidly changing priorities. - Treats all people with respect and
fairness; collaborates well with others to deliver results. -
Communicates persuasively (verbal, written) to win support; demonstrates
effective listening skills.
