Analysis and/or development experience in the full range of the Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes application design, coding,
testing, debugging, and application deployment.

Experience developing web applications using CSS, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET,
C# Net and .NET framework for IIS 5.0+.

Must have SQL skills with MS SQL server 2000 and/or 2005. Required skills
include understanding database structures, designs, and development of
stored procedures, and queries.

Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005/2008.

Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all

or Quality Assurance roles.
Knowledge of financial systems management, water resources management
information systems and industry best practices and standards
