*Role #1* *Role: SAP Basis Support * *Location: Washington, D.C.* *Duration: 2 Years* *Start Date: September 2008* *Project Description:* We are looking for a SAP Basis consultant to assist with technical support and administration of SAP products and add-on software including ECC 6.0, EP, BI, NetWeaver 7.0, Solution Manager, SAP Plug-ins/Add-on's, etc. This project will include installing and maintaining software including upgrades, applying kernel patches, OSS Notes, and Support Packages as well as the responsibility for system troubleshooting, problem solving, capacity planning, tuning and application server load balancing, as well as day-to-day monitoring and administration of SAP systems. The consultant will be part of a team supporting SAP ERP 2005. *Required General Skills* SAP Basis experience in SAP - ECC 6.0- HR and Payroll environment – 2 projects - SAP Basis experience with NetWeaver, Portals, BI, and Virsa – 2 projects - Detail experience with using third party tools like Redwood, Gold client, Info shuttle and Org.
