This position is for an *EXPERT WPF programmer*. The candidate must be at least 9* out of 10 with C# and WPF* coding skills. Additionally they must be an 8 out of 10 with their communication skills. The expectation is that candidate can step into the environment and immediately begin coding custom user controls and work on XAML rendering code (both in WPF) as well as other advanced programming tasks in C# and WPF. Given the short nature of the contract the only candidates that will be considered are those fitting these criteria. When submitting resumes, please highlight the actual C# and WPF work the candidate has accomplished themselves (not just part of a team where they did not do the majority of the actual work). Mandatory - *Exceptional WPF coding skills* - Exceptional C# coding skills - Very strong communication skills in English - Use of a configuration management tool such as VSS, SVN, TFS, etc. Strongly Desired - SQL skills - Agile development experience (specifically SCRUM) - Strong design skills - Experience with UML and design tool.
