for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support
of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business
opportunities. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications,
coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data
interfaces.
Mainframe Includes Cobol, JCL, DB2 and related utilities.
Need to be able to work with DB2 Stored Procedures.

Service Experience 3-5 years experience
Works substantially with little supervision or oversight to deliver key
milestones
3+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases
of projects
Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current architectures
Data and Process modeling
Skills in data, and / or process modeling, business process design (2-4 yrs)

Lean/Agile development experience (1+ yrs)
Quantitative & Analytical Skills
Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems
analysis
Demonstrated ability to work with individual third parties and coordinate
solutions internally
Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level
management
