Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : IVR Tester Location : Denver, CO Start Date : ASAP Duration : 5 - 6 months Rate : $30/Hr on C2C Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years related experience including exposure to testing automation tools. Description: Creates, prepares, and conducts quality assurance reviews and develops and executes test plans and test scripts. Works with clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex test problems. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process. Candidate must have extensive experience developing test plans and test scripts, executing test cases and managing the defect tracking process specific to contact center technology. a.. Candidate must demonstrate experience testing IVR, CTI and desktop applications. b.. Specific experience with Genesys Framework, VoiceGenie, Genesys SIP proxy server and VoIP gateway technology preferred. c.. All work must be completed on-site, in Denver.
