We are seeking a Sr. HRIS SAP Payroll Analyst, reporting to the Functional Manager of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the purpose to provide day to day development, support and maintenance of company applications and interfaces. *Experience* · US payroll experience · Minimum 2 life cycle implementations · Broad SAP HR knowledge · BSI Tax Factory · SAP Tax Model configuration · SAPScript experience/knowledge · Basic ABAP skills · 3 to 7 years system support experience in a relevant application environment. · Experience in Schema customization · Knowledge of Payslip config: HR Forms · Knowledge of HR Openview Service Desk a plus · SAP Time Experience a plus *Responsibilities* · Analysis, specification, evaluation, selection, configuration and implementation of new commercial applications to meet defined business requirements. · Second and third line support of applications in assigned area of expertise. · Providing consultancy in areas of assigned ERP applications to AKBP colleagues and customers. · Specification and ownership of incident and problem resolution actions, through to closure in accordance with company procedures. · Build and testing of new and modified applications · Release of new and modified applications in accordance with the established Change Processes. · Authoring and maintaining documentation associated with applications and processes. · Proactive development of good customer relationships. · Ensuring that Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are met for all activities relating to applications in assigned area of responsibility. · Through working closely with customer representatives, ensuring availability and operability of allocated applications to meet the customers' current and projected needs. · Evaluation and recommendation of changes to allocated applications and versions to meet customers' needs. Supporting the continuous improvement of department systems and processes. · Responsibility for assigned applications, in all AM customer locations. · All aspects of the selection, development, administration, configuration, implementation and support of ERP applications as allocated by the Functional Manager. · Advise and support to other AM functions and AKBP customers in areas of expertise.
