Job Description: Siebel Engineer / Call Center
Additional Information
Projects:
Siebel call center, sales, and marketing
support/enhancement activities
Scope of work:
Siebel fix/support/enhancements, and projects for Call Center,
Sales, and Marketing
Required skills/competencies:
-At least 4 years of Siebel implementation experience with
strong knowledge of Siebel configuration and scripting
- Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data
Model
- Understanding of relational database concepts, strong SQL
and PL/SQL knowledge, working knowledge of UNIX Shell Scripting
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel:
EIM, EAI, Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Email functionality, System
Administration
- Previous work with Call Center, Sales, Loyalty, Marketing,
or Analytics modules in Siebel version 7 and higher
- Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and
gap-analysis
- Strong technical foundation including structured
programming, and structured system analysis and design methods
- Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel
systems
- MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
-Ideal candidate should have worked in multiple Siebel areas
(e.g., Configuration, EIM, server management, troubleshooting, migration,
scripting etc.)
