Job Description: The main responsibility of the performance tester is to execute performance tests on custom Windows Web-based business applications. You will be using performance testing tools including LoadRunner and QTP as well as manual testing. A performance tester is responsible for analyzing the test results and analyzing the results against the defined test objectives. You will work with the performance test lead to document the test results and communicate them to the project team. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment and work with the performance engineering and project teams to identify the next steps.
