Pls send ur consultants profile along with the contact number, Current location and Rate to [EMAIL PROTECTED] * * * *Title: Siebel Architect* *Location: MN* *Duration: 6 Months* *Contract to Hire* *Role Summary* This position provides technical leadership and vision in the implementation of Siebel solutions, both CRM and Analytics. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers that implements and maintains solutions on the Siebel platform. You will also be accountable for creating application architecture blueprints and plans, enforcing standards, and ensuring that the application meets business requirements and performance goals. *Essential Responsibilities * - Engage with Business and Business IT leaders to architect Siebel Solutions in alignment with business goals. - Engage during the requirements analysis and design process to shape the overall solution. - Lead development and support activities, mentoring and coaching development teams. - Take a leadership role in promoting Siebel capabilities within the organization, aligning solutions to organizations strategic objectives. - Engage with the enterprise architecture group to provide thought leadership on technology discussions impacting Siebel. - Develop and maintain best practices for the successful design and deployment of Siebel solutions. - Enforce adherence to CLIENT design, coding, and security standards. - Develop/maintain and ensure compliance with application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards. - Engage with internal infrastructure group and provide recommendations to enable reliable and scalable operations. - Develop and maintain relationships with Siebel product marketing and technical account manager in order to stay abreast on Siebel product direction. *Qualifications/Requirements * - Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent work experience in an information technology related field - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience as a technical leader on software projects - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Detailed understanding of the Siebel Development process, the Siebel architecture and the Siebel 7 data model. - Hands on Siebel CRM Tools Configuration Experience (Siebel development) - Hands on experience with Siebel Data Model, EIM, Workflow, Assignment Manager, and Siebel Administration. - Working knowledge of disciplines such as capacity planning, workload balancing, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, workflow automation and batch process controls. - Working knowledge of Oracle relational database system - Full life cycle software application development background - Experience gathering and documenting user requirements *2. Eligibility requirements* - Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. - Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check. *3.
